1) CAS TWAS (About 8000 Yuan per month) Last date 31 march each year

2) CSC Scholarships in CAS (Chinese Academy of Sciences Institutes) PhD 3500 CSC + 1500 from Professors= Total 5000 RMB Per month but it depends upon Professor to Professor CAS institutes can be found here

3) Chinese Government Scholarship (MS 3000 Yuan , PhD 3500 Yuan) Last date depends from University to University

4) Provincial Scholarships (Depends upon Province to Province)

5) University Scholarships Full Scholarship (MS 1700 Yuan PhD 2000 Per Month)... Partial Scholarship (Fee waiver, Free Accommodation, No Living Allowance)

For PhD applicants

Remember one thing don't think that if you didn’t get acceptance from Peking, Tsinghua, Nanjing, Zhejiang, Shanghai Jiao Tong University so you have missed the chance and you are not interested in Chinese Government Scholarship any more
